Laminated Pole

nated Pole Laminated Pole The Laminating process (make by sticking together) is used predominantly in furniture made from Pole Cane.

The furniture frame is made using large diameter Rattan poles which then have thick Rattan Core strands laminated side by side to cover the plain poles. This gives a decorative ribbed effect.

Once constructed, the furniture is then sealed and sanded to a smooth finish and then stained and lacquered to the desired colour.

MAINTENANCE: Regular dusting with a soft damp cloth or vacuuming with a brush attachment is recommended to maintain your Rattan / Wicker Furniture. Any spill on the frame should be wiped off immediately with a damp cloth or sponge and a mild detergent.
